For your beach days, we’ve got you covered with premium beach chairs and towels—all ready for you, so you can pack light and relax more. After a day in the sun, unwind with cable TV or curl up with a book in the cozy living room. And no need to worry about weather interruptions—a whole-home generator ensures your stay remains uninterrupted and comfortable.

This is more than a cottage—it’s your private slice of the Lake Michigan shoreline, fully prepared for effortless relaxation and lasting memories.

THE SETTING
The pristine shores of Lake Michigan. Sunshine, soft sand, warm air, the light droning sound of boats on the water. You enjoyed swimming, boating, bicycling, reading, walking the dog, the amusement park or just relaxing earlier that day. You're sitting on your provided beach chair watching the magnificent sunset with your beverage of choice. You start to smell a smoky aroma, but you cannot tell if it is the grill or a bonfire on top of the bluff; to your delight it is both! After you enjoy some time by the fire, playing board games, or watching a movie you fall into your comfortable bed. You smile as you sleep knowing tomorrow is another lake day.

OUR PROPERTY
Everything you need for the perfect vacation on the shores of Lake Michigan.
Private & newly renovated two bedroom cottage on Lake Michigan in between North Muskegon and Whitehall. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and the smaller bedroom has bunk beds. The sofa in the living room converts to a full size bed.
Cottage is fully furnished, with all the ammenities you will ever need to cook a meal, make your morning coffee, grill out, sleep well (linens), and enjoy the beach (towels and beach chairs)! Board games, Cable TV, and books are provided as well.
For those hot summer days we have central Air Conditioning! Make sure your vacation goes off without a hitch, we have a generator incase a thunder storm knocks out the power!

THE AREA
We are just minutes away from Whitehall, which offers quaint shopping, an extensive bicycle trail, and many dining choices. We are walking distance to the Red Rooster Tavern, and also just a short distance from Michigan's Adventure amusement park, and Whitehall Lighthouse and Museum, Muskegon State Park and Winter Sports Complex. And of course right on the Lake!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed a short spring break getaway. The cottage was perfect. Clean, easy to find, and such a nice location. The sunsets were spectacular. All the little extras… coffee, popcorn, candy, games, puzzles… made our stay extra special. The host had thought of everything. We will definitely return!

Fall Break getaway

This cottage was perfect for our stay. Beautiful place with great backyard, fire pit, beach access, loved spending time there as well as visiting nearby lighthouses, beaches and various towns in the area. We definitely are planning on returning!

The cottage is so cute, fresh, and well-appointed. I haven't slept this well in a long time! Perfect place for a solo, contemplative retreat, but would be so much fun with a small family in summer. The beach is lovely.

Beautiful location on Lake Michigan. Walk the beach, enjoy a campfire on the beach or backyard, take advantage of a state or county park. Muskegon has great food, Grand Rapids is a wealth of options or drive north or south along the shore to experience towns big and small for more fun.

Lovely time!

My business partner and I rented the cottage for an overnight planning session and this was the perfect space. The view of the lake from the window was incredible. We even walked down the beach even though it was covered in snow. The cottage was very clean, beds were comfortable. We will stay here again if the need arises. We really enjoyed our time here!

Loved the place. Extremely clean and well appointed. Everything worked well and there was ice made in the freezer. Something other places often forget to check. We stay in the often very often to visit our children from out of state and this was our favorite place to stay.

Awesome property sits nicely on the beautiful private sandy beach of Lake Michigan. About 30 steps to the beach and property came with plenty of beach chairs and fire pits. Booking, payment process and access to the property was flawless and enjoyed the stay.

The cottage is small, but exactly what you need. A walk down a short flight of stairs and you’re right on the beach of Lake Michigan. Bonfire on the beach at sunset. It was great!

This setting is lovely. Quiet, scenic. A bit of a drive to the neighboring towns, but only about 15 minutes or so. Cottage is small but clean and well appointed. Would stay here again if we return to this area. Owner is very helpful and responsive.

Excellent Cabin on the Lake

This space was exactly as described, and right on Lake Michigan. Everything in the home was clean, in great shape, and comfortable. There's a bit of a drop to the lake, but the stairs that seem to be newly installed are sturdy and easy. Internet speed was good and the outdoor space was wonderful. A bit secluded from the main road, which once you know the driveway, is very nice.
