"The room we stayed in was on a floor that was being renovated. Half way down the hall you could see new hallway carpeting and peek into the renovated rooms which looked very nice, however our room was not renovated yet. Still our room was very clean and spacious, the carpet looked new, the bed was very comfortable, the tv worked, the mini fridge kept things cold and the a/c kept us cool. The lighting was in the bathroom needed to be brighter and a chair for the would have been helpful. The breakfast area was clean and an attendant kept things tidy and well supplied."
"We were content with our one night stay here. The facilities were clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and the breakfast was convenient. The only issue we had was that it was difficult to obtain change for the washer and dryer. So if you're planning to do laundry, bring about $7.00 in quarters with you. The desk staff was unable to help us and we needed to cobble it together ourselves from a stash in our car, a vending machine, and finally a local convenience store. It made for an interesting adventure, but all I really wanted to do was wash the clothes."
"Gentleman working at check in was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, personal, and helpful with the kids.
The room was unfortunately not very clean. We found a dusty shirt from a previous visitor under the bathroom sink. Additionally there was hair in the shower.
The pool is small, but perfect for my two young children. They loved it!
Breakfast was great with hot bacon, potatoes, and eggs coming out frequently. Everyone found something they liked and we left with full stomachs.
Overall a good stay, just needs a little more attention to cleanliness."
"Staff was helpful, room was clean and the lobby area for breakfast in the morning was a great addition for our trip! Lots of room and a great spread!"
"An amazingly nice hotel on the campus on Hope College. Very clean and modern. Super convenient to the main drag of Holland (we walikes to dinner and breakfast). Staff very friendly. Not a lot of parking, but we always found a space. I would definitely stay here again."
