Enjoy the beautiful weather and stunning sunsets from the back deck overlooking the water. Use the kayaks as much as you would like during your stay! Head down river to Hospital Hole, Roger’s Park or have lunch at The Upper Deck. BRING YOUR BOAT! Park your boat at the dock and take it out to the Gulf of Mexico for snorkeling, scalloping, or a day at the Hernando Beach flats! Family Staycation was a Blast!
We don’t live too far, but sure do love getting away for a few days on the river! Beautiful, spacious home, with quick access to the main river! We enjoyed kayaking, jumping off the dock, relaxing in the whirl pool, and hanging out as a group. The entire family had a great time, including our pup!

The property was perfect, amazing for me and my 3 sisters. Enjoyed sitting on the deck/pier watching the jumping fish, people in kayaks and on paddleboards, two of my sisters enjoyed kayaking on your kayaks , paddling along the various outlets. Hope to book again for next year!

I love this location on the water because it has easy access to weeki wachee, the property was clean and had many rooms if you wanted to bring the whole family!

Beautiful location and super friendly hosts!
We had a few minor hiccups at the first part of our stay but the hosts were amazing, and quick to fix any and all issues that we had! We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the property, and he was just as kind! Great place to stay on the river with family and friends, highly recommended!
