The private screened lanai has great privacy since you're surrounded by beautiful trees. The pool and hot tub are perfect to relax and have fun. At night, turn on the propane heated fireplace in your lanai or step into the backyard and have a bonfire.
The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether relaxing indoors, outside in your covered lanai, or planning your next adventure, this gorgeous home offers a tremendous base for your stay.

Please note: If you wish to have the pool heated it's $25 a day for reservations less than 6 night and $100 for each week. If you wish to have the pool heated can take 72 hours to heat so you must notify us before your arrival in time for us to turn it on. If you're booking same day please inquire if the heater has already been on for previous guests. Pool heating is for your entire stay and cannot be on a per day basis. We do not charge for the hot tub heat or gas grill propane. Thank you.
