Very clean property and friendly staff.

A comfortable hotel. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is delicious, it's clean, the price is affordable, it's close to the parks, and if you get hungry at night they have pizza until 1 am for a small extra charge. This is my second time staying here. The beds are very comfortable.

We had an overall good experience during our 8-day stay at Galleria Palms Hotel. The staff were friendly, cooperative, Our room was comfortable and nicely maintained, and the pool was decent and well cared for. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory most of the time, with a good variety of options. However, on some days, it was a little inconsistent, and it was sometimes difficult to find basics such as regular black tea or fresh fruit. One of the elevators was out of service throughout our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially since our room was on the third floor. At times, the wait for the elevator became quite long. We also appreciated the complimentary cookies offered every day—it was a nice and thoughtful gesture. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the experience pleasant. With a few improvements,

The room was clean and had great air conditioning. Unfortunately, the shower curtain doesn’t securely close. The floor would have a huge puddle after the shower. But other than that, the staff were nice and friendly.
