We go to Spring Hill every year for vacation to visit family, this year was great, the house was very clean, well supplied, and the host Cindy could not have been nicer, more welcoming, or accommodating. The pool was fantastic, she definitely made it feel like it was our house for the week.. We will definitely be going back!

This is a lovely property in a corner location within a quiet neighbourhood. It had plenty of room for all seven of us. The salt water pool was great. We were unfortunate to have been there during Tropical Storm Debby which meant part of the pool deck and lanai flooded badly due to the amount of rain, however this won't prevent us booking again for next year.

Thanksgiving with family

I cannot say enough good things about this property! Over the past few years our family has spread out over 4 counties and we decided on Spring Hill to get together for the Thanksgiving holiday. Cindy graciously offered the use of her home for our meal and it could not have gone better. The kids were living the heated pool even though the outside temps were in the low 60’s! Will definitely rent again in the future!

This property goes above and beyond. They had everything you’d need from inside to outside . Our boys loved the tv by the pool and playing with all the pool toys already at the property. We enjoyed our ending to the day in the game room trying out all the different games offered. My 5 year old absolutely loved that the arcade game had fix it Felix “ wreck it Ralph”. Every room had the cutest decor , smart tv, and comfortable beds ! I can’t even express how nice the walk in shower in the master bathroom is. We loved the home very much and hope to stay again .

This was a lovely home with three bedrooms. One bedroom having 4 bunk beds for multiple kids to stay. The house was very well stocked with kitchen appliances, kitchenware, bathroom items and much more. Loved the Bath and Body soaps and plug-ins. Having all of that was very much appreciated. The game room is great, with a pool table, dart board, basketball and arcade game, mutiple games, and puzzles.The pool area is a great place to hang out and the pool was very warm which was nice. Pool accessories were available which was very nice. The house decor was so cute too! A lot of time and effort was put in to the house. Thank you for opening up your home and sharing it with others. This was the best VRBO I've stayed at.s

The home was nicely decorated. The game room was a great addition. The heated pool was a wonderful treat. Our only issue, the pool area was not clean. It needed some attention. The decking was dirty, bird cage needed to be pressure washed and your deck drains need to be unclogged. It rained and all the water backed up into the porch area where we were sitting. My husband had to wash the pool filter because it was so dirty. If you are paying a pool service, get someone else. They are not doing their job. Please change the ac filters as well, they were dirty. The home was nice ,comfortable and in a convenient location. Over all we had a good time. The cleanliness needs some attention outside as well as inside. Thank you

My favorite place

This house was perfect for our trip. The pool was warm. We enjoyed the firepit. The master bath was amazing. There were lots of little details that made our stay so comfortable. There were 4 kids in our party from 10 - 14 and they were all happy and busy while we were there as were the adults.
