60 feet of riverfront two story home with direct access to Weeki Wachee Springs River, Roger's Park and the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your family, friends and boat if you'd like! Boat ramp 1 minute from the house and one house away from Weeki Wachee Marina! You can't beat this home for a quick getaway or a long stay. Great wifi if you need to work a bit or stream your favorite movies. Fully stocked kitchen with cozy fireplace to keep warm on the chilly nights. Huge porch with all windows to make you feel right next to the water with a big TV so you have the best of both worlds. We supply kayaks, paddleboards and towels so it is as carefree and relaxing as you can get.

We loved this house!
I stay on the river every year with a group to do a paddle board trip. The location was perfect, was a short paddle from the main river and walking distance from the restaurant and Roger’s park. The house looks like it was recently renovated, it’s super cute and there was plenty of room for our large group. We loved sitting out on the dock and also loved there was a separate porch/room with a tv, the girls pretty much took over the house so the guys sat out there and watched tv. No major issues, we couldn’t get the ice maker in refrigerator to work but there was an ice machine in walking distance from the house. The neighbors were so nice and have 3 adorable dogs which they let us pet, I read a previous review where someone said the dogs barked, we never had an issue. The property owners were always quick to respond and friendly, we would definitely rent this place again.

Great Location but you should know....
This home is in a great location. We loved sitting on the dock, kayaking, and walking to the restaurant. However, be aware the home beside here is in repair from the recent Hurricane. It can be loud at times!

Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations! My adult kids and 2 under 7 with a floofy poodle had a wonderful time in your home! The kayaks/paddle boards were a great addition as we had family from Kentucky that had never seen our sweet manatees! Will definitely stay at your wonderful home again in the future!

Perfect weekend getaway!
We took our family and close friends on a weekend kayaking trip and this location was perfect. Only about a 5 minute kayak to crystal clear waters! The host was very responsive and the check in/out process was smooth. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay!
We had a great time staying at this waterfront home. It was very clean, the owners were very responsive, and we were all very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddled on the river both days. Would stay again!

Good place with great location

Amazing memories!
This property was just what we were looking for. Beds were comfy. Neighbors were nice the river was amazing. The Manatees a plenty. But most of all the was the ability to be able to host my mom, her children and grandchildren and great grandchildren in one place for the first time in 9 years. Really appreciated large group gatherings allowed! Thank you so very much I will be back!
