"Room was as described and clean. We arrived late and still ample parking. Breakfast had different options"

"The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was a great size and very clean. The only problem I had was the shower and toilet area was a little too squeezed into the area it was in, but other than that everything was great!"

"Nice property. Everything was as expected. Good size room. Highlight was the friendliness of the staff, especially Hubert on the front desk. Enjoyed his time for a chat and suggestions on Nashville. Breakfast was nice. Property was close to major roads. Only downside was the TV had a reduced viewing size. Not sure why and I guess it's not a major negative. Also the bed was quite high. Once again, not a big issue, just a little odd."

"The Harpeth is a lovely property and the only hotel in the historic downtown of Franklin. The 1799 restaurant was very good. The staff was always helpful and kind and worked to overcome every issue.The hotel itself is quite nice; the balcony rooms are best."

"The location was great, but the property itself is showing its age. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Not much interaction with staff except at check-in. We chose not to take advantage of the breakfast, but the dining area appeared clean and well stocked."
