"The room on surface looked clean. Once I pulled back the curtains I saw cobwebs and debris. There was hair in the shower and dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor. The microwave was also dirty. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. "

"Property was below average, garbage was all around the grounds. While walking our dog, she found chicken bones, which I had to remove from her mouth twice. The trash was everywhere around the grounds, liquor bottles along the back side of the parking area, soda cans, fountain drink cups and general trash littered the grass surrounding parking area. The room was substandard for the quality you expect from a Hampton Inn. Coffee bar was not replenished upon checkin at 2pm, pots were empty. Sadly, Would not recommend this hotel."

"Elevator was not working. My room was on 3 rd floor. I'm 75 years old. It was rough with my luggage . Shuttle was great. Desk staff was great. Just only room for me was on 3 rd floor. I would never do that again ..stairs were too much. "
