"My stay was only 2 nights but they were quite enjoyable. The room was clean, i.e., no dust or bedbugs, and the bed was comfortable. The fridge, freezer, tv, and alarm clock all worked. I didn't use the microwave or stove burners. With the lights out it was really comfortably dark for sleeping with no light-bleed from the window or the hallway. The room temperature was comfortable enough that I never bothered the controls. The staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived just after normal front desk...

"Perfect stay! YOU GET THE ENTIRE TOP FLOOR OF THE HOUSE TO YOURSELF!! When I booked it, I thought I only had one bedroom of several. Actually I had 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, my own bathroom, all super clean and tidy. And I was only one person! Brian and his wife and lovely and welcoming, very interesting to chat with. Super quiet location, across the street from beautiful Lake Erie. Highly recommended!"

The views from downstairs and the master bedroom are stunning. Well stocked kitchen but bring your own cleaning supplies, extra tp, paper towels and you’ll be good. It was perfect for a quiet break to relax, read and restore. "
