"Wonderful property! Great place with all the things you might need on your vacation at Grand Cayman. There were beach chairs and snorkel even a cooler! The owner was super quick with responses to messages and always helpful. VERY clean, beautiful and quiet place to rest and unwind until your next adventure on the island. "This house was everything I could have wanted to celebrate my 70th birthday with family and friends. The outside and inside were spectacular!! The only complaint I have is the bunk bed bedroom. It had no closet or attached bathroom like the other bedrooms, so anyone staying in that”bedroom “ had to use the Master Bedroom Bath. It would have been better use of space to make it into a fitness room."
"We're water people and come to Spotts Beach to snorkel. This is a fantastic condo for that. Roll out of bed in the morning and it's just a few steps to the always available lounge chairs. Quiet beach, plenty of shade and the peace of mind that you can leave your things on your lounge chair and they'll be there when you're done swimming. This is an oasis. The condo is clean and has everything you need, but is simple. The spiral staircase to the upstairs loft may be an issue for some and the upstairs bathroom is small....but, again, it's all functional and the price is good. Great A/C and fans and we love having the outdoor space open and without screens...you feel much closer to the ocean, we think. No issues with insects in late May so we spent a lot of time on the patio. LOVE the very shaded beach and appreciate being able to get a lounge chair anytime and have shade available. Middle of the island, close to a great grocery store and away from the crowds....Spotts Beach is our go-to place when we need to relax and this is a condo we'll choose again. Exceptional management service makes check-in/ check-out EASY. Liked having their contact info and found them very responsive. Extensive instructions will make your visit easy, especially if you're new to Grand Cayman. "

"Absolutely perfect place. It was perfect for couples who want to stay at a place within the local community, away from the busyness of the resort and cruise ships. Great location for local food and quiet local beaches, but also not far from Rum Point and Seven Mile beach if you rent a vehicle.
