"Our stay was relaxing. Quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed walking to the beach daily to enjoy sunrise/sunset and patronizing restaurants and ice cream shop nearby. We had a rental car, however we walk few minutes to main road and took the Public Bus to go 7 mile beach area. Tiffany was kind to give us a late check out. Definitely will stay again on our visit to Cayman next year. "

"Beautiful unit! We were very comfortable. Beds were great, pool was awesome and area was gorgeous!. We loved our stay! The amenities had us busy during Easter so we really didn’t have to do much but relax. Would encourage anyone to stay here! The management company is very helpful and responsive. They go out of their way to assist. "

"Stayed in loft studio. It was perfect for us. Loved the full kitchen, balcony and beach access right across the street. Most days I was the only one on the beach and they provided lounge chairs. a/c and hot water was perfect! Will definitely stay again. "We had a great week-long stay at Andy's Inn. It's wonderful to see the sunrise over the ocean. The place was big enough for 6 of us and had everything we needed. The beach across the street was perfect for my little ones. They had fun playing in the shallow water and looking for conch shells and little fish. One note: traffic from East to West can be very congested during rush hours, so if you are heading to Seven Mile Beach or the airport in the morning/afternoon, just allow plenty of time."

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The backyard set up was hands down the best part of the property! Absolutely stunning setting and loved the privacy. Sadly 3/4 days of our trip were rainy or fully overcast and we weren’t able to enjoy our time outdoors to the fullest but that was just our bad luck. The place had everything we needed and plenty of space. I do wish that the beds were more comfortable and there is a decent amount of road noise but we just used a sound machine to help drown it out. There is no handrail for the stairs going to the second floor which could be an issue for certain guests. The check in and out process was super easy. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again! "

"Very great location, close to everything "

"The condo has a great location in proximity to the beach. The beach is actually a reef type location but has enough sand entering the ocean if a swim or snorkeling activity is your choice. It does not have a white sand beach such as the Seven Mile Beach located on the island, but the island is set up so you can make a trip to the Seven Mile Beach is so desired. The condo has all the necessary utensils and pots, pans and cooking accessories needed for cooking and dining in. There is a brand new AC unit that was installed so this unit stayed cool and dry so there was no musty smell at all like you get sometimes when traveling to any island. The only hiccup we had was the new AC unit froze over and dripped slightly upstairs. We alerted Livia, the host, and within 1 hour there were techs there and they repaired the problem. Livia is a great host, with great communication skills and for our troubles, offered us a 100.00 dinner coupon for a local restaurant. The furniture is what you typically would expect from a VRBO unit, not top of the line, but also not IKEA. Definitely pickup your internet from your US or other provider before going the the Caymans, as the internet service was a bit spotty across the Island. The condo provides coolers, chairs, some children's snorkeling gear and a few other pool/beach accessories. All the units are individually owned but collectively they provide plenty of pool and beach chairs for lounging about. So no rush to save chairs."

"Large end unit, very spacious; comfortable beds. VERY well equipped for dishes,pots/pans etc. Lots of bathroom towels and beach towels. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were very nice in our spa-like bathrooms. Excellent laundry facility. The beach requires water shoes, pool is lovely and very quiet. Nearest public beach is 10 minute walk. Close to Boddentown for shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very responsive and took care to look after us and answer our questions. "
