"A true gem of a find. I work as a contractor in Cardiff and finding nice, modern places to stay at affordable prices is getting harder. I found this lovely place recently and it was just how I imagined. Really tastefully decorated with very modern feel. I slept really well and will definitely come back again. An outstandingly brilliant find. Credit to the owners who have done a great job here."

"The staff at this hotel are way above what you normally encounter. What an absolute delight. Whoever trains their people deserves a star as consistently high standards are notoriously hard to achieve. I also like the location which is lovely and tranquil with pretty great views. The food and drink choice should also be commended. I stay daily regularly around the area for work and now I’ve found this gem, will definitely stay again."

"The property had great views and rooms fantastic but a lack of hand rails if you have accessibility issues. To get from the upper level to the out side lower level meant a ramp that is to steep under health and safety regulations. The wifi was non existent in the 21st century and never connected over a 7 hour period which meant I could not check on train departures or on line check in for my flight. Which cost me an extra £25.00 at airport. Very poor for 21st century. The cost of staying here was not an issue for me being a wheelchair user but you pay for what you get. And think I didn't get value for money."
