"I had a great stay - bed and pillows were comfortable, room and bathroom were clean. Pool and hot tub were also clean. I didn’t end up having the free breakfast but I did see that they have a waffle iron!! And other good breakfast options. Staff was nice and helpful! Quiet location too. "

"For a budget hotel, this was great! I am able-bodied so I didn't mind the walk up to the third floor, but they had rooms on the first if I couldn't have managed the stairs. The room was clean, well-apportioned and quiet -- I couldn't hear the freeway at all. The mini-fridge was contained in a cabinet, making it inaudible. I also appreciated the pool and hot tub after a long day of driving! I couldn't take advantage of the Denny's breakfast voucher due to my travel schedule, but that was another...

"Had a lovely stay in the Ivy room. The room was clean and charming, but the highlight was the original huge (over 6ft) claw foot tub. The bed was also very comfortable. Also loved the breakfast (pastries, prosciutto, cheese). I look forward to staying here again whenever I have to travel to Spokane."
