On the third floor of an old family house, there is a newly renovated apartment for 4 persons. There is parking at the property.
The apartment has a bedroom with its own bathroom. In the second room there is a dining table, a kitchen and a sofa that can be stretched to a bed of 140x 200 cm.
Orientation of the apartment is kitchen: south-west and room north-west
The space is filled with light and overlooking the old town, the harbor and Marjan. Apartmen is 48m2.
There is a parking space which is available to guests upon request and a pleasant outdoor garden with a seating set where you can enjoy the glass of wine.or notice and reservation is required for parking use.
The house is located near the most famous Split beach, Bačvice.
A 5-minute walk from the ferry port, the bus station and the railway station.
The Diocletian's Palace un
der UNESCO protection is located in a walking distance (8-10min.)
