"The staff was excellent, the rooms were fine and the location was great. I usually check places very carefully and was unaware that there are steps leading up to the hotel, and then steps up to the room, and no one was there to assist with getting baggage up. Restaurant was only open for breakfast, and there was no laundry service on site. Just little things that might have made me book elsewhere had I known. "

The only complaint we had was that the air-conditioning unit made noise every half hour, which disrupted our sleep at times. But overall, it was a great stay. "We had a wonderful stay. The property is located right in town. 2 mn walk and you are right in Old Town. Our bedroom was clean, modern and had amazing view. Staff was incredible. Would stay again for sure! "
