  • Comfortable modern apartment for 4 persons located in the centre of Split, very close to the old town and all main city attractions.The apt is situated on the ground floor of a small family house and it is ideal for reach the old town by foot in less th 5min.
    The apartment would make an ideal base for exploring Split, one of Croatia's most popular tourist destinations, which has much to offer in the way of sight seeing, bars and restaurants, music and art festivals as well as providing easy access to the numerous islands located offshore, which make for ideal day trips.

Great modern apartment located very centrally to Diocletian’s Palace/ Centre of Split. Hosts were very warm and welcoming and great communicators. The apartment was well maintained and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

All the amenities and great location!

We loved our stay. My only complaint was that check in was difficult because we had to meet the property manager at the apartment. We arrived by bus which ended up being late which made the manager have to wait.

A wonderful apartment, beautiful inside, it is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit with a pullout in the main area, Beautifully restored, I would say more suitable for one couple, we were a party of 4 adults, so made showering a bit challenging making sure there was enough hot water. Zeljan was very prompt with replies and always on time, the only complaint / suggestion would be is to install blackout curtains or roll shutters on the main door as a lot of light came through in the morning making sleep difficult, the bedroom had no A/C but it wasn’t overly hot

Schönes Apartment, aber…

Das Apartment und die Lage waren sehr gut! Allerdings steht in dem Inserat, dass dieses Rollstuhlgerecht sei. Dies ist definitiv nicht der Fall. Ein richtiger Rollstuhlfahrer, welcher nicht aufstehen und etwas gehen kann würde nicht mal in das Apartment kommen. Es ist am Eingang eine hohe Schwelle und in der Wohnung ein hoher Absatz zur Küche und zum Bad. Ein Rollstuhlfahrer könnte dort nicht wohnen. Das ist etwas irreführend und ich finde es nicht gut. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat sich selbst aber nicht sehen lassen. Unser Aufenthalt war dennoch schön!

Very friendly host

This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable and close to everything. The host was immediately responsive to a problem with the air conditioning and helped me when I got sick during our stay. Very much recommend.
