Nice Apartment close to Old Town and the Beach

This was a comfortable apartment that was close enough to the beach and Old Town to walk. The A/C worked well but there is only one unit so we slept with our bedroom doors open. That was fine for us. Just know that the stairs up can be tough. We were guys in our forties so it wasn’t a problem, but it may be for other people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would reccomemd the apartment. Also, the property managers were very friendly and helpful.

The place is spacious with a great view. However, it would’ve been nice to know that we are in the 6th floor with no elevators since we had big suitcases. The pillows were lumpy, lack of towels, you can feel the springs in the bed. Lack of toiletry, so remember to bring your own. Ac in only in main living room. Bedroom did not have AC, so it was warm at night. There were ants crawling around but that didn’t bother me since that does happen in homes.

It was a wonderful stay that was both comfortable and luxurious. We enjoyed the amenities and the views all throughout the days, especially when the Sun was setting.It is very clear how much care and attention the homeowners give to the apartment. Not only is it immaculate, but every decision is clearly made to make the tenants feel at home.We enjoyed having the windows and the patio opened up for the breeze and the views, but the air conditioning was a nice touch when it got a little hotter.Since the appartment is on the top floor there are several flights of stairs to get there. Totally worth it for the views, and hardly straining if you're fit, but definitely craft a plan for hauling up your luggage when you first arrive.We have nothing but gratitude for the time and care that the homeowners put into their rental as the respect and empathy it shows truly elevated the experience we had on our trip... for what are some of the most extraordinary memories we'll make in our lives.Thank you!!!

At first it didn’t show that it was on the fifth floor ,that in reality was like a 7th floor ,they do not count the lower part( like close storage )It doesn’t have an elevator . After we made reservation it shows this characteristic . Being 4 seniors an one with reduced mobility, we try to cancel , they denied. We even went to the place so they see we were not lying. They didn’t care .The owner refused to speak with us or cancel the reservation. The bathroom were dirty,air conditioner only in living room , dining table dirty . To get into the apartment you have to use a back door, climb like 7 floors with your luggage. THAT IS THE FIRST CARACTERÍSTIC, THEY SHOULD MENTION. We couldn’t stay there and they didn’t give our money back.
