Wow! What a spectacular place to stay! Andy(our porter) met us at the gate of downtown area and brought us to their beautiful location. The quaint little restaurant/bar and staff were amazing! The hotel had little ways to make you feel special and I would highly recommend staying here!
Our experience from the moment Chris met us at the Riva to help us with our luggage to the hotel to the moment we left was fantastic. Chris and Marie at the front desk helped us with our every need whether it was dining options, things to do, tips, additional things for the room, etc, MaryAnne was so sweet and helpful with breakfast in the morning and made the most amazing omelettes. The room was absolutely great and very comfortable overlooking the main square and steps away from the west entrance to the palace. The location was great with a convenience store close by if needed and dining options steps away. I wish we were spending more time at the hotel. Wonderful staff
This beautiful botique hotel is right in old Split. The staff was gracious and went the extra mile to be helpful. Our breakfast was delightful in a perfect setting. You do have to go in and out by stairs, so if that would be hard for you, think twice. Staff insisted on carrying luggage up and down, so that was never an issue.
The service was excellent. The hotel is small, in the center of the palace, with small windows. If it was high tourist season it would be hard to get to.
Andy and Siniśa were amazing! It’s a beautiful, charming, and convenient place, we felt like we were visiting family. They took care of our excursions, transfers, hearty breakfast and great coffee!!
Nothing less than exceptional! Located in a privileged site, in a beautiful historical building and with the most courteous staff one can ever wish for.
The location is in the heart of old town and is wonderful. The staff is incredible, quirky(in a good way), helpful, warm. They are every superlative though can imagine. I understand this is an historic hotel and there are certain limitations of what can be renovated. The rooms are dark and can use more lighting. The bathroom was excellent and complete sly modernized.
Amazing hotel right in the middle of the Old Town. Close to a number of very good restaurants, including Bepa. The hotel has a great bar downstairs in a courtyard just off to the main square. Andy was amazing, assisting us with parking, our bags as well as everything else. I overheard a lady from California saying she wished Andy could accompany her on the rest of her trip because how great he was at everything. I could not agree more.
Our room was in a separate wing of the building. It was large, with a window on the main square. It is reasonably quiet as the old town is pedestrian only. Everything was nice, including the breakfast. The only issue was that there was no elevator in our wing or to the lobby/reception area. And the entrance is through a street level bar that is often full.
There are not enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was here. The hotel is beautiful, it blends the elegance of history with grace of modernity. You will be completely comfortable while appreciating the beauty of history.
The personal attention from the staff (Marija, Andrija, Ana, Kresco and Marijana) was beyond anything you get anywhere else. We felt like guests in their home, not a hotel.
The staff was great. Andreas (or Alejandro, as he likes to be called) was fast, smart, and funny. As we approached the property we didn't know what to expect, but once there, we were gladly surprised at how good this place is. Excellent in every aspect. Well located, clean, great service.
This was the best hotel we have stayed in for a long time. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. From the amazing location to the absolutely brilliant staff - the reception will do whatever they can to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. They even booked all of our restaurants and we could whatsapp them if we ever needed anything! We had a beautiful room with a terrace and we were just sad we didn't get to sit out on it more due to having busy days exploring the city. I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know travelling to split and if I am every back in the city I will stay here again.
Charming hotel with exceptional service in the heart of Split’s Old Town! We were only a short walk from everything including Deocletian’s Palace, shopping, dining and the marina! I would highly recommend the Judita Palace Heritage Hotel for your stay in Split!
If you're after a centrally located boutique style hotel in the heart of Split ... with the most amazingly warm staff, who go above and beyond ... then this is the hotel for you. Anna, Adrian and the rest of the team were exceptional. They helped tremendously with a delayed luggage issue (Rome to Split). The porters met us at the city centre entrance and took our luggage (no cars allowed within city ctr) and made us feel so welcome. Thank you for making our Split stay very memorable 🙏 ✨️
Outstanding hotel. The location could not have been better. Right in the main piazza! And yet, the windows sealed shut and we could not hear a thing from our bedroom. Staff is friendly, helpful and so kind. Breakfast was amazing. We loved our stay and will come back!
The property is very convenient to everything in the old-town area. The staff is engaging and helpful. The hotel is the “classic Croatia” experience you’re looking for - stone walls, wooden ceilings, shuttered windows, perfect courtyard cafe. But it has everything you need/expect including modern bathrooms and good a/c. I would absolutely stay here again.
I have traveled extensively in Europe and can say with confidence that this was the most enjoyable hotel experience I have ever had. This was due primarily to the staff. They are so personable and fun. They knock themselves out to make you feel special. It was my birthday while I visited and they even brought me a beautiful cake at breakfast, singing and joining in the celebration. The hotel is ideally located to make the most of a stay in Split. We had a car and they facilitated parking it in their designated spot, drove us to the pedestrian area (where hotel located) in golf cart and then carried all of our bags. The breakfast selection is not vast, but perfectly curated and beautifully presented. Service is immediate and personal. The rooms are large with high ceilings and decorated in a combination of traditional and modern. Beds and linens very comfortable. Our windows opened up onto the busy square, but it was quiet. Highly recommend if you like a small, personal hotel.

Dear Mrs. Lynn,we kindly appreicate Your extensive and positive review. It was a pleasure to meet You and Your family and we hope that rest of Your travels went positive as well.Best regards!
Excellent position for exploring the city. Lots of advice and help to find restaurants and places of interest. The room was extremely comfy with a spacious warm bathroom. Can't comment on the bar as it was just preparing to open for season but looked like it would be very inviting. A very lovely, happy place to stay. The staff can't do enough for you - it feels like you're staying with your best friends. Would highly recommend
Really nice property, great value, great location, but the staff are what really make it.

Incredible staff
The hotel itself is charming: located in a historic building with a lovely courtyard. The room had all the amenities, and the wifi was more than good enough for me to join a Zoom meeting that I couldn't get out of. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with a good variety of choices. And the location is terrific and very central, with a convenient grocery store around the corner. What really makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful they were. They went far above and beyond anything I would have expected, from bringing me coffee (without me asking!) while I was sitting in the courtyard to offering to put my clothes in the dryer after I got caught in the rain to carrying my bags out of the pedestrian-only area and waiting with me until my Uber to the airport arrived. Truly the best hotel staff I've ever encountered (and I travel frequently for work and stay in a hotel about once a week). I can't wait to return!
