The hotel was really nice. Jan and Ante were super polite, helpful and professional. We loved everything. The breakfast was wonderful and they had drinks and snacks available during the whole day.

The location was great, the room was nice but not special. The staff was great as was the made to order breakfast along with the limited buffet. You have to be aware that you are right across from the bell tower and the bells go off as early as 6 am. We were fine with it and knew that ahead of time. But you just can’t beat the location. In all a great antique in old town stay.

If I could, I would give this hotel an 11 out of 10. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Lastly, the owner (Jan) was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

As a start, the hotel is in the best possible location in the old town of Split. Even overlooking the square it's also very quiet. The daily breakfast by their chef is delicious. But most of all, it's the staff who are spectacular. They can't do enough to welcome you and help with any request. If you're lucky enough to stay here, you'll be thrilled with Antique Split.

Great hotel

Very friendly welcoming staff, great location for seeing all of Split. Good eggs at breakfast and good selection. Coffee and juice all day. Helped with luggage and arranged excursions. Would definitely return

This property is awesome. Such great customer service from meeting us at bus to holding luggage. Great breakfast, spacious room, as good as possible to palace experience. The staff was awesome from helping with transfer from bus to helping with free drinks after dinner. I have never felt so pampered!

I highly recommend this property. The location is extremely convenient (right inside the palace walls and near all the action). The staff is excellent. Ante made us feel at home and offered numerous helpful recommendations when we arrived. They helped arrange an airport transfer (for an additional fee) which was very convenient. They also helped us get to the ferry terminal so we could make our ferry to Dubrovnik easily without stress. The breakfast was amazing as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. We only wish we could have spent more time here.

This accommodation was amazing. The staff and service are exceptional. It was perfect and we would highly recommend . The staff are “second to none” - they were always available and provided so many great tips for dining (even calling the restaurants for us), they had suggestions for interesting side trips in the area, the breakfast was fantastic (an amazing chef - pastries, breakfast options, etc). They even provided umbrellas for the rain. Heart of the old city but very quiet. After writing this review I now want to go back! Thank you Heritage Hotel Antique Split .

Daniela was superb with check in and all of her recommendations. Jan also went way beyond to help us. Both walked with us to tours and ferries. Jan called ahead to a sister hotel and they were waiting for us at the ferry. Breakfast was a bit limited but everything was very high quality. The homemade dishes and crepes were excellent. Quite simply they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended

Oh my goodness I love this hotel!!! Jan, the manager, went out of his way to help us with EVERYTHING. The room was lovely. The bathroom had a great shower and L’Occitane products. The bathroom floor was heated. There was a vanity mirror so that my old eyes could see to do my makeup. I loved having a kettle in the room. There was also a stocked refrigerator. The air conditioner was perfect. The breakfast…oh the breakfast! You should just come here to eat breakfast. Oh my word! Divine! So many choices! We’ve NEVER stayed where there was this nice of an included breakfast. Jan made sure to accommodate my request for a downstairs room. My husband was recovering from knee surgery. The nightly liqueurs were delicious. Seriously, this is the place to stay in Split.

アットホームでスタッフの皆さんも優しく、良いホテルでした。 事前にスプリットでの到着地（高速バスのバスターミナル着）をメッセージで伝えたところ、バスターミナルまで迎えに来ていただきました。 事前のメッセージのレスポンスもとても早く、助かりました。 また、私たちが新婚旅行であることを伝えたところ、ウェルカムドリンクのシャンパンやお土産としてジャムをいただくなど、大変お世話になりました。 ホテル周辺の音は多少聞こえましたが、特に気になるほどではありませんでした。 エレベーターはないようですが、荷物はスタッフの方が運んでくれます。 Hvala vam!

Right in the heart of the old town "palace" area. Exceptional staff. Room just as it looked in the photos and was great. Have to walk maybe 2-3 blocks to get to hotel from any taxi drop off, but that is true of all the hotels in the old town. Can't get anywhere in the old town area by car. t was great to be in the center of all the action. Hotel was quiet. Would definitely recommend highly.
