"A fantastic house for a family weekend away to celebrate a 60th birthday. Our contact Neil could not have been more helpful in advance of our stay and when we arrived there were balloons and flowers waiting for us plus a little extra surprise which he messaged us about later in our stay - so kind and thoughtful. The property was clean, comfortable and perfect for the 12 of us, including a 2 year old and baby. It was in a quiet location near the Church ant the edge of the village with lovely views across the fields at the back. It’s just a short drive into Broadway so the location is great too. The Farmhouse is a lovely property and it made the weekend a great success."

"On the river but a very unpleasant surrounding area! The hotel needs a good overhaul! Definitely do not stay in an economy room which is what I booked online as a quick on the road one night stay which looked nice on their website! I paid to upgrade! Nice breakfast! "

"I arrived just before 6pm to find my room wasn’t ready, so I waited in the bar. When I finally got in, the room was okay but lacked basic in‑room amenities—there were no cups or kettle, as these are kept in a separate kitchen, which was sparsely stocked. Although I knew the bathroom was shared, I was surprised there was no sink in the room. There were also cobwebs that hadn’t been cleaned, and the door didn’t feel secure; it kept banging in the wind overnight until I wedged it shut. Breakfast must be pre‑ordered the night before, so I missed out. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and dinner was passable."

"We were a family group of nine with two dogs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this special house. The lovely (quiet!) sitting room and a living room with the tv both had cosy open fires, much needed during a very chilly, but thankfully mainly dry, spell during our time here. The open plan kitchen and dining area meant there’s plenty of room for everyone. A huge dining table was great for playing games. The large garden is gorgeous (and must be spectacular in the warmer months). The eleven and twelve year olds loved having the horses nearby. Enjoyed one truly delicious meal at The Star pub, highly recommended. Would have gone again but had too much food at “home” to use up. Some minor problems were immediately rectified by the owners. A memorable stay. Thank you!"

"Beautiful converted barn, in the middle of an apple orchard, right next to a farm shop and butcher - what’s not to love. Hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. Beds were very comfortable and furniture designed for lazy afternoons watching the red kites circling. Definitely would recommend. "
