"We had the most wonderful experience at Grand Hotel Hermitage & Villa Romita! From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of a family – and that’s what makes this place truly special. Everyone here treats you with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. The hotel is spectacular – peaceful, charming, and full of character. Even though it’s a little outside town, it’s absolutely worth the visit. They provide convenient transportation, so getting around is never a problem. A heartfelt thank you to Guillermo, the owner, for welcoming us so generously. Renato was fabulous – attentive, helpful, always with a smile. Paolo also took such great care of us. Our driver, Domenico, was professional and friendly, making every ride smooth. A very special mention to Antonino, our waiter, whose attention and kindness made every meal unforgettable. The food was excellent! We also met Renato’s aunt, Mrs. Maria, who was so kind and welcoming, adding even more to the family atmosphere. And of course, Rafael – simply spectacular, always ready to help. This hotel is more than a stay – it’s an experience filled with warmth, authenticity, and memories we’ll cherish forever. "Antonio Massa Lubrense is like paradise on earth! Beautiful grounds and accommodation. The location is great, nearby several coastal towns but far enough from the tourist-y areas so it’s very peaceful. The staff is also incredibly welcoming and helpful! Many thanks to Giuseppe for giving us recommendations on beaches and restaurants to visit. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and sunsets. All of the staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful. Our room was spacious and very well designed. Turn down service is an addded bonus to have fresh amenities and towels Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, pre-dinner drinks at the rooftop bar with wonderful sunsets. Dinner by the infinity pool is delicious and tranquil. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"Positioned high up on hills, the hotel offers a view that is breathtaking…these are for certain rooms. Inside is immaculate, modern and the terrace/bar/restaurant looks directly at Vesuvius. I was a little disappointed at how small it was and how whilst the hotel itself looked recently refurbished, the room needed attention e.g., the floor tiles were chipped/cracked, and the cupboard door was ill-fitting. The size of the rooms appears to be the most commented feature in reviews. However, the view was unbelievable…doesn’t get any better. I sometimes imagine how royalty is treated when they visit hotels. I honestly felt like a king as the staff are very attentive, nothing is any trouble and all the staff (including receptionists and the maids) were wonderful…the UK could learn something from this hotel in relation to how to provide outstanding customer service. Food and drink are not cheap but then the choice was good, cooked/presented to a high standard, awesome in flavour, delivered quickly and with a smile…worth it for me personally. The pool was a great size, immaculate and looked after by very attentive and friendly pool attendants who on arrival, adjust your sunbed/umbrella and provide you with fresh towels…great service. They even take your drinks order and it’s delivered to you by bar staff. So yes, the rooms are a bit small (but you are out all day) but given the hotel décor, the location/views and the outstanding service, I’d recommend this to anyone!"
