The location is great, nearby several coastal towns but far enough from the tourist-y areas so it’s very peaceful. The staff is also incredibly welcoming and helpful! "The staff was amazing however the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The hotel did not provide a shuttle and the buses stopped going down to the pier at a certain time. Taxi’s add up really quickly. The taxis overcharge as well due to location. I wish I would have stayed closer to Sorrento."

"Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The views were absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which was well maintained.
Our only disappointment was the food. Breakfast was great but the dinner could have been better for the price. "
"This was definitely our favourite stay while being in Italy. Service here has been incredible. Room got upgraded. Breakfast included is always a bonus. Location has been so nice. It’s about 100m away from bus stop that takes you into to sorrento town. Which was perfect for us. We booked a 12 person boat tour to almalfi and positano which I highly recommend. Other day we took ferry out of sorrento to Capri. If you have time to do one of each.. do it. During the time we stayed here it was a bit chilly but they have a pool which I’m sure during spring summer and early fall is amazing. This place is definitely 100/10. "Beautiful historical hotel with stunning views atop the cliffs of Sorrento. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Our suite had an ample twin bed for our daughter in the salon separate from our bedroom. Lush garden area and nice pool area. Staff was excellent. Location is perfect for direct access to shopping and dining in the village. One night we ate dinner at the beach club restaurant at the foot of the cliff below the hotel. Wonderful food and setting. This was our 3rd time in Sorrento and 1st time at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. "
"This hotel is well worth the trip. Gorgeous views and a spa feel to the whole place. The rooms are modern and spacious. Good selection of high quality food for breakfasts. A convenient shuttle to and from take us to Sorrento (on their schedule) and the staff was always eager to help. I loved the infinity pool that overlooked the sea and and sunsets. "

"This property was a life saver when I had booked a different hotel with no WIFI and far away from all site seeing areas. I found this hotel at the last minute and it was reasonably priced and it was centrally located. IT had a beautiful pool and the restaurant was very good. They could add a different special every night or a different dining theme but the quality was excellent. The hotel also offered tours to capri and amalfi coast. The room was clean and we received an upgrade. I did not use the spa but the prices for the spa were very reasonable and it looked nice inside. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

The parking situation was a bit tricky because of how tight it is but hey, it’s Italy.
