A special shout-out to Carmine at the concierge desk, who was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to carefully explain the different tour options and made thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our trip. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out—he went over and above in every way. We loved our stay so much that we actually came back one week later for the return leg of our vacation, which says everything. The Lloyd Hotel has definitely earned a loyal customer, and we will be back again for sure. Highly recommended!"

There's also a regular boat service which is the ideal way to travel to Amalfi and Positano.Overall a great stay."

"The staff was very accommodating. Shared ideas of places to eat places to visit. Cleaning was impeccable. Extremely clean. The kitchen very well stocked with pots pans utensils. Everything you could use to make our stay comfortable. The town has a very cozy friendly and safe feel to it. Everyone we spoke to from B&B owner Maria to restauranteurs to shopkeepers and people on the street were very kind and helpful and friendly. And the sea view is the best! "We enjoyed the location with the scenic view! The hotel customer service between the reception staff to room service was excellent and very helpful! Each time we needed assistance planning trips, taxis, and ferry, the staff was knowledgeable and offered their full attention which was very assuring to travelers like us! I also really appreciated the shuttle service and breakfast which made things super convenient and enjoyable! Ask staff for activity/tour tips, they are a source of great knowledge about the town!"

"Carmen was an amazing host! We arrived late and she met us at the front of the building and showed us around. Her and her mother were there every morning serving a delicious homemade breakfast and delicious Italian coffee. We took the ferry to Amalfi and Positano and it felt so nice to come back to Vietri Sul Mare where it was so much more laid back and chill. There were some lovely cafes and wine bars all around the place. We would definitely recommend this place."
