They provided us with complimentary sandals for our stay. The room was quiet, with a lovely, large balcony overlooking the sea. There is a pool area, which was very nice, with a swim up bar! and our room had breakfast included, which was a great breakfast! Lots of options. The room was comfortable. "We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "
