He promised it would end at midnight. It didn't. When l went down again at almost one o'clock he denied the party music was still playing!! He also lied to my husband about it. Eventually l got his boss to get the sound down Clearly the hotel Makes it's money from parties not the poor suffering guests. But surely they could A. Employ kind polite staff who are not rude to customers And B . Invest in sound proofing for the deluxe rooms . It was a rotten experience . But the whole thing was hell The hotel was also in a poor location.and rather old fashioned. But "
