The house is located on the hill of Sperlonga, 7 km from the sea, in the exclusive Punta Cetarola residence. It is situated on one floor with a private uncovered parking space and has an outdoor area of about 35 square metres with a sea view, ideal for enjoying the breathtaking panorama and amazing sunsets.
The completely renovated house offers an air-conditioned living room, a separate kitchenette with electric cooker, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and boiler.
This property is strategically located close to the neighbouring tourist centres and the beautiful beaches of the Costa Laziale. The characteristic historic centre of Sperlonga, the marina and the sandy beaches are just a few minutes' drive away. Furthermore, Gaeta, famous for its monuments and the Monte Orlando Park, is only 20 km away. Rome and Naples can be easily reached in just over an hour.
