"Georgeous place with awesome amenities and very clean. Such a private oasis. Aredy was super helpful in answering all our questions before we got there, which made a fantastic experience. "I called asked for a free upgrade when I was 1/2 hour away from the hotel. I was told there was nothing available. All good, I thought I would just ask. We went to the room. It really isn’t an ocean view it’s a view of a body of water. A bit disappointed. I also wasn’t convinced that there were no free upgrades available as the hotel was very quiet."
