This two story holiday home is the perfect escape. It has two bedrooms with queen size beds, two separate living areas and a bathroom on each level. (Note: TV is streaming via a chromecast only)

Linen is supplied (excluding beach towels)

There is reverse-cycle air conditioning in both living spaces.

There are 2x Queen size sofa bed"s in the upstairs lounge room available on request (most suitable for children)

Enjoy an afternoon drink in the fully enclosed sunroom that overlooks Hardy"s Bay with bifold windows that open up to create an outdoor feel.

There is a fully fenced, private patio to the rear of the property with outdoor seating and a Gas Weber BBQ.

Guest have access to single garage plus driveway - Parking for 2x vehicles

Nestled between Bouddi National Park and Box Head, Hardy"s Bay and Killcare deliver attractions on and off the beaten track. Take your paddle boards and kayaks to the Pretty Beach waterfront or hire some at Avoca Beach which is just a 15 minute drive down the road.

Delight your cultural fancies with exquisite art galleries, fine dining and boutique shopping along the main shopping strip. You can also enjoy a five-star experience at the renowned Bells at Killcare.

Get back to nature with a bushwalk through the untouched Bouddi Coastal Walk.

Short stay getaway

Property is as pictured and described. Pretty good for a short stay. As located in bush area, be prepared for a few bugs and critters but nothing too crazy. Place is tidy and comfy and has the essentials you need. Location wise, its a little out of the main drag, about 20mins drive away. If you have a car then its fine. Easy check in and out process. Would recommend for a quick getaway.
