"This idyllic home in the Highlands had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the property owner was a breeze, she was on site to welcome us and explain a few things when we arrived. Great restaurant recommendations to local gems were fantastic. Breakfast at Rain and a birthday dinner at Old Pines were amazing. Immaculate, comfortable and serene lodgings with amazing views of Ben Nevis. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

Location was very secluded but very easy to find and near enough to shops for any basic foodstuffs etc. Great walking with the dogs - we hadn't appreciated the history of Golden Retrievers starts in the area (our girls are rescue 'Goldies'). Were lucky with the weather too! Will be back!"

"The property location was perfect and beautiful. The lodge (Staffa) looks to be very clean and very modernly designed. It had everything we needed for the tree days journey. However, appliances in UK/Scotland are not the same as in the USA. Without instructions, we were able to figure it out after a couple of trial and error. Ca. 20 Gehminuten bis ins Zentrum von Fort William. Auch der Ben Nevis-Aufstieg ist zu Fuß erreichbar."

"So we rented a pod. It looks lovely in the photos, but let me tell you what you really get. Firstly, I know it's only a pod, we weren't expecting the world. However, it has no cooker, no hob, no microwave, no toaster, and No Fridge ! A kettle a couple of cups a pair of knives and forks, but, no plates, no bowls ! Frankly it's pathetic.
