The property is a retro motel and is charming. The decore is dated but charming. It was very clean and well maintained. Impressive planters around the property gave a huge welcome. I would stay again when in the area.

We got there a little early and they offered to let us check in since our room was ready. Very friendly staff. Room was very large! Plenty of room.

I was very impressed with the manager of this property who is very involved in the upkeep and care of the property. We were able to park her motorcycles right outside the door from our room. There was an outdoor pool and the water was crystal clean and warmed up to 88°. What a luxury after a long day! The rooms are large and clean. I hope to stay here another time in the future.

Property was fine, for the price I paid. Desk clerk was friendly; another employee basically refused to speak to me at all, but that's OK I guess. I needed a budget motel convenient to downtown Sparta, and that's what I got.

checked in at three pm Room was very cold. controls for heat where almost at the ceiling. no breakfast which nit said were included. False advertising? No room service for the time there

Cleanlyness was not an issue at all. I only have one suggestion for comfort. That would be for the hotel management to improve the door jambs to seal better. Especially during the winter months. Outside light was visible with the door closed causing cold air to enter making it difficult to warm the room. I would still return there for a stay again.

At check in there was no one there. Had to wait and wait. The AC unit was weak at best. The bed was terrible. It slanted to one side. It felt like I was going to roll out of it. The Travelocity listing for the room said that breakfast was included. There was nothing. Even the coffee in the room did not have decaf. We had to go out for breakfast and spend more money. This was not an honest listing definitely one to avoid.

It was easy check in and out. Didn't have a breakfast like stated, but our room was big. Pillows and bed were a bit hard, but some people like that, so it is what it is. Didn't smell bad at all, like some places do. Lots of stores and plenty to do in the area. Good location

When I checked in the person checked me in was rude and bothered that she had to do her job. Gave me an eyeroll sign and everything on top of that the hot water didn’t work… Never again will I stay at best nights inn or recommend it to anybody waste of my money

Bed was older but clean and did the job. Room was good otherwise. Only complaint, but could be because of covid, is that trash wasn't taken periodically. Front desk was courteous.

Truly a low budget place.
Place looked a little run down. The heater in the room did not work and despite their efforts never functioned. There were other rooms there but wasn't offered a different room.
