"HelloI gave it a “4” star rating based on the flight of stairs. Four seniors trudging up the flight and half was difficult at times. We were made aware of the second floor apartment but didn’t think we would climb 24 steps up.. normal is 14.Nonetheless..the accommodations were as shown. Very clean. Master bed very firm.The “out of owners” control was the street noise.. which we were also made aware of. That’s what you get in a college town.. "The owner, Chris, is great! Really good about answering emails. The apartment is cute and well stocked with kitchen equipment. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating of the check-in service, was that when we arrived and entered the apartment, it had not been cleaned. Managed to get ahold of Chris and was immediately assigned another apartment. Enjoyed the rest of our stay!!!"

"The pictures of the place made it look big fr er than it was. Not a huge deal. The ac unit installed in the wall had gaps you could see outside through leaving us to the mercy of tomah mosquitos all night. The door was janky and wouldnt close unless you locked it. The shower/tub has a broken shower actuator. Stayed in worse, but usually stay in better. Not going back."

I see myself staying here in the future because its warm, inviting, functional and located nicely to stores and such.
