"Staff was great on check in and check out. Breakfast was great. The room was just ok. It had a rigged up a/c unit in the main room that was hard to get cold air from the main into the bedroom. We were in room 201. I can't imagine the rest of the rooms were like that. Perhaps because we booked on Expedia? Who knows. The bedroom had a BO smell that seemed to say something needed to be changed. Bed, pillows, comforter, etc. Not sure which. Great location, great staff, great breakfast, time to update room 201."

"They thought I would like the as it was close to door but room was next to breakfast and TV located there. Problem was guests had to talk lordly as the new TV was just installed and both worked me very early. Talked to management and recommended they use this room as last resort. They also muted tv and my second night and morning stay was far better but still believe they should only use this room as last availability."

"This is our third trip to Driftless Creek Cabins and we continue to be thrilled with the property. It's always clean, with thoughtful touches like locally roasted coffee beans and books on local history and lore. The shower water pressure is impressive, and the water straight from the tap is delicious for drinking. The beds are so comfortable, and the cabin itself it gorgeously constructed. We so appreciate the opportunity to bring our small dogs, and the secluded setting is so incredibly special. The driftless area has such beautiful rolling hills. We brought good friends on this trip, and they also loved it. We so enjoyed sitting together on the screened-in porch to chat. Highly, highly recommend if you are seeking quietude in the woods in a unique spot. Don't forget to put the Merlin app on your phone to ID all the birds in the surrounding trees! :)"
Fly Fishing in the Driftless Region - Bishop Creek Cabin with a View

"This was a very quaint property with beautiful views from the covered front porch and an easy distance from town. Great fishing within a quarter of a mile walking distance and just a great getaway."
