"The staff at the hotel were super friendly and addressed any issue immediately. We walked in the room & the couch was not put together - all drawers open wide - the phone in the room did not work. Front desk immediately had someone inspect the room and apologized for the trouble. No word on the phone - said they were replacing when they do the next remodel. "

"The staff was welcoming. We were greeted with some very fine chocolates. The room was excellent and the bed extremely comfortable. We had a snack and a drink in the bar area and service was outstanding. The day we left we had a little time to kill and read in the parlor next to a cozy fireplace sipping toddies. "Cozy" best describes the ambiance of the Charmant Hotel"

"Room was fine. Great location downtown. If the parking lot is full, you can park in the ramp next door for free. General upkeep is lacking. Light bulbs burnt out, caulk cracking, no stoppers in the drains. "
