"2 nights over March Break. Hotel was at capacity, and the staff tried their best. HVAC wasn't working on the interior rooms but we were provided a fan promptly. Great place to stay if you have young kids. 10:00 p.m. quiet hour was strongly enforced."

"There was two foot of snow on the entrance leading from the road to the door. Was unable to bring groceries and, luggage into the cottage. So I just left. I contacted Lena and, asked if I could at least have half off since I’m not staying there and she refused. Said she wasn’t responsible for the snow removal. I was unaware that I needed to bring a snow shovel. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO before and I am not impressed. I just went home and didn’t spend the weekend.
