"Initial condo that I booked was not cleaned, something happened with the cleaner and they didn’t show, I reached out to the property manager and she got us in a different condo right away. She offered to come right away and clean the unit herself and until then we could stay in an open unit until the unit was cleaned or we could stay in the other unit.
