The 180 sqm villa is located 8km from Siena, in a quiet residential area surrounded by a large garden with olive trees. The house, on one floor, consists of a large living room with fireplace and TV, a spacious dining room with kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, two of which doubles (one with en suite bathroom) and one with two single beds. It has a total of three bathrooms, one of which has disabled access. The villa surrounded by a large garden has an annex of 30 square meters, with a living area, double bedroom and bathroom. The house can accommodate a total of 8 people, 6 in the villa and 2 in the annex, with the addition of a cot for children under 3 on request.
The villa is structured to accommodate disabled people, with external access and bathroom.

The minimum stay is 5 nights with check in from 3 PM to 5 PM with the possibility of collecting the house keys from 11 AM and also to leave your luggage, and check out at 10 AM.

To access supermarkets and other amenties, the closest center to the house is San Rocco a Pilli, just 5 minutes by car.

Together with the city of Siena, the surrounding area has a number of historical and cultural tourist attractions including Villa Cetinale, the Abbey of Torri and the Hermitage of Lecceto to name a few. For those who love horseback riding, the Paradiso del Cavallo offers events, walks in the countryside and riding for any age. Other places of interest within easy reach include the Abbey of San Galgano, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and for the hottest days the river Merse, easily accessible from the village of Brenna, offers an alternative to the sea.
