"The woman who checked me in was friendly, helpful, and kind. A different woman assisted me at breakfast, and she, too, was a delight!"

"The shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The room was okay but the beds are old, lumpy, and had a lot of dips which made for a rough sleep. Also, I paid for a deluxe room with a refrigerator and was not given said room. "

"Need to add items to the breakfast. I wasn't able to have much that was offered. They should add bread, bagels. Cereals, jam, etc. And a toaster. All the items they have has eggs and meats. Hard for a vegetarian."

"The A.C. worked just fine, I just didn't like how close it was to the bed. It was a clean room and I like the mirror addition on the back wall of the bed! Breakfast was good, simple but good. Staff was very nice. Overall I give it a 4 out of 5."

"Undergoing renovations and our room told us why. Plugs did not work, threshold to bathroom was held by duct tape, carpet was stained. We were only there for one night and we were not phased."

"The lady at check in was cold and unprofessional. She refused a restroom to a minor and didn't speak a word until the end of the check in process to direct us upstairs. Absolutely appalling behavior for a hospitality position at the front desk. The night auditor and day clerk were both kind and acknowledged our existence when we ran into them later in our stay. The room was sparse. The conditioner was empty... with the front desk lady being so unwelcoming we didn't ask for more conditioner or more towels. The kids did enjoy the pool. We didn't get breakfast because the lady never told us when it was or where it was at. Truly diabolical for a busy hub and expensive rat trap of a dilapidated hotel. Best Western is trash compared to the brand quality previously and this one has been the worst due to the unfriendly behavior. "
