"There is no front desk but communication was very well. Very responsive replies on whatsapp and on the hotline. Was a very big and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfortable, fairly clean and close to the Guixar station. If i must pick on something, it would have to be the smell when i first entered the apartment. There was a strong and not very pleasant smell when i first checked in, most probably because there wasn't ventilation; all windows and doors were closed. Otherwise, there's really...

"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

Encontramos todo limpio, aunque se olvidaron de barrer o aspirar el suelo. Y si no pongo 5 estrellas es porque hubiera deseado que fuera un poco más acogedor y no haber tenido frío dentro del piso. "He estado como en casa, la casa es muy acogedora, Miguel es un fantástico anfitrión. Tienes de todo cerca desde ir con tus hijos a las colchonetas a 3km en coche, como al Centro dé Pontevedra a 3km, ir al río, a la playa o a la montaña. Hacer una barbacoa para los tuyos, etc… Vamos mi familia y yo os lo recomendamos para pasar unos fantásticos días. Un saludo."

"Excellent location. Great view from breakfast room however it would have been nice if it was used as a bar area in the evenings given the outstanding view. The cafe on the main floor was excellent and offered a great option for breakfast as well. The 6th floor rooms have pretty water views but the floor above is the buffet room so quite noisy early in the morning. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Staff is outstanding. No gym on the property but they offer a pass to a nearby gym which is very good."
