Excellent apartment

Fantastic place, had all amenities like kettle, coffee machine, hob, tiaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and micro. Nice little balcony and lift to the 7th floor. Nice toich of coffee, water and beer on arrival. Great location with plenty bars and supermarkets nearby. Only a 5-10 min walk to the town or marina area and a handy 5 mins from "the halo" elevator to intermodal. We would definitely recommend and would use olaha homes again.

Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels.

Booked two 1 bedroom apartments with pull out couch for 4 adults and 3 teens. When we went to set up the pulls outs for the kid's to sleep we discovered there were no blankets or pillows for them in either apartment. Custom service said every apartment was booked and no one was avaliable to bring these items. Kid's had to use a single bed sheet, bath towels and the couch cushions to sleep. Very disappointing. All we got was a "sorry for the inconvenience". Thankfully we had only booked a single night.
