"5 notable things that stood out for us were 1) Clear and concise check-in procedures by desk person 2) Security procedures built-in through the room card 3) Awesome shower system knobs (Loved it!!!...it's the best shower I've ever had!!!) 4) All the staff that we encountered were all polite and cordial...and 5) We felt SAFE and SECURE!!!! "
