"Valet staff was exceptional. Multiple wedding receptions, Reds home games, significant road closures in the immediate area surrounding the hotel due to Cincinnati Pride Parade and an extreme heat wave. Valets were constantly hustling, while remaining professional and pleasant. Despite the chaos, they managed traffic with efficiency and never let the pressure show. Each interaction felt personal and courteous—whether we were coming or going, they greeted us with a smile and ensured a smooth experience. Their dedication and positive attitude truly set the tone for our stay and left a lasting impression. Easily one of the most impressive valet teams we’ve encountered in recent years."

"Had an amazing experience, breakfast in particular was amazing. Did have a minor issue with the air conditioner in that it did not seem to be blowing well into on of our rooms, but it ended up being okay. "
