"Best hotel stay we've had in years. Fast, easy check in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel was very busy but we didn't hear alot of noise while in our room. All of the staff we had contact with were kind, friendly and helpful. Food was really good. Would definitely stay again"

"Very clean hotel with accommodating staff. They always went out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfast was very fresh and timely replenishment. Also, they have a nightly meal which was included with the stay. This nightly meal was chicken Alfredo, hot dogs and various sides. All were very good. You can beat this deal. Kudos to Drury Inn!"

"The Health Department had a notice on the pool shutting it down due to multiple unsafe conditions. No one answered the phone as we called before our visit so there was no way to check on the pool. The elevator was suspect and the elevator safety inspection had expired 11 months ago. Poor breakfast that they just let the food run out and then people arriving later during the breakfast period are just out of luck. The eggs were cold, sausage was cold, even the hot water for the oatmeal packets was cold. The bed pillows are mini size like couch/decorative pillow size. Showers were quickly cold. The coffee in the morning had a note taped to it, "Sorry, no coffee today." Weird stay and very little attention to customer satisfaction. Thankfully the room wasn't filthy."

"Hotel is in a great location. There is a lot to do in the area (shopping, eating, etc.). The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I've seen in travel. It was fresh, tasty, and hot. Sadly, one of the elevators was out of service and so was our ice machine. For such a large hotel, having only one elevator made for long lines. "

"I was traveling with my husband and our 1.5 year old. We arrived in the evening ready to unpack and go to sleep. The front desk lady was having a bad day. She was super nice. But we arrived with the entire lobby wet and no wet wet floor signs. Then when we arrived in our room it was dirty and we needed to request a vacuum and they had us vacuum it ourselves. There was also a storage closet full of a ton of dangerous, sharp things that was unlocked and opened IN OUR ROOM. It took 30 minutes to finally get it closed and locked so we could put our son to bed. There was nothing edible for breakfast, the food was not good, cereal was stale, bread was stale, the yogurt machine was empty and they did not refill it our entire stay. The warm pool was the only saving grace this place had. Overall it is rundown, unclean and has no edible food. Very disappointed "
