"Jakes place was very clean, well-supplied (especially the kitchen), lots of clean linens and towels, and love the location. Legion Hall, KC Hall, V&H restaurant, Wallys, Hannahs Playground are all walkable distances with a 6 year old. The 10 yr old loved the pool table and darts game and so did the adults. Jake is responsive to any request very quickly. Liked using the garage for parking our car, especially in the rain storm. The tornado siren went off and we sheltered in the basement's playroom and bedroom, with a full bathroom right there. Couldn't ask for a better shelter. Hopefully no one ever has to do that again, but at least it is there for Illinois weather. I highly recommend this house. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!"

Coordinating for all my sisters coming from 3 different states on such a short notice for a loved one's funeral was difficult, but James was so accommodating and understanding no matter how many times I reached out to him to alter my reservation.
