This Property has some of the Best Panoramic Views in Augusta...

The studio (downstairs) is located in the centre of town, only a few steps to the local pub and supermarket and shops. At the bottom of Ellis St is the town jetty and great views of the river and ocean are enjoyed from the alfresco dining and inside the studio.

There is one Queen bedroom with views, one bunk in walk through to bathroom and 2 single beds (suitable for children only) in living room.

Cosy stay

This property is so cosy it has such a lovely feel to it. Great location i was able to walk to everything. Would definitely recommend staying here again .

Augusta discovered

Overall a lovely weekend, discovering Augusta and the local history and characters was wonderful. The only blemish was the mould smelling from the kitchen sink cupboards which I realised was due to the tap leaking badly when turned on and flooding behind the cabinets! Please replace that tap immediately, not sure what you can do about the mould now?

We enjoyed our stay perfect for a couple to crowded for 4 pax we came with. Very clean, I think a salad bowl would be useful and a knife block also. View and proximity to town great.

A pleasant stay

Property was attractive, with a well set up kitchen. Property manager was very helpful when a small problem arose. Lounge area would be a bit tight for four people. Tiled floor quite cold in winter, probably pleasant in summer. Positioned in a lovely part of the country with plenty to do and see.

yes was fine, but noisy if the owners are staying above as you can hear them walk around and flush the toilet shuffle slippers on rolling out of bed, other than that, nice place great view clean, a good place to stay as a single or a couple with small kids
