Sit and watch amazing sunrises, the lobster boats come in and out of harbor, or the harbor seals sun themselves on floating docks. The eat in kitchens have been updated to feature all the modern amenities so you can cook at home or enjoy takeout from one of our great local restaurants. The first floor also features a flex space for an extra lounge or office, plus two full baths, and access to the patio. Four bedrooms are located on the second floor. The main house also has a patio and grill.
