"We had an adjoining door between us and the next room (not something we requested). The people next door who we didn't know were talking on the phone and we could hear the whole conversation. We finally put pillows on the floor to block the bottom and side of the door - that helped some. We didn't request another room or anything and the neighbors went to bed about the time we did. Luckily. I booked this hotel because of strong reviews about the breakfast. However, besides the waffle irons, breakfast was nothing special."

"The staff was rude and mainly unhelpful at most points. They were frequently missing from the front desk even during open hours. The entire hotel smelled like smoke and pot smell. We asked for body was during the stay since it ran out and no one ever brought it. It was nice that it was new but the staff and smell really got to us "
