"There was no parking other than valet, but it's located next to a pay lot. They let me park in the garage anyway since there were so few patrons - I stayed after they had only been open 2 days. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 for the staff as a few people didn't have answers to some basic questions. I did run into the Chief Engineer as well as the Sales Director and both were beyond friendly, professional and interested in nothing but my quality of stay & how to improve the hotel. The...
