Making payments between Vrbo and then again through the property management company at check in and poor communication to get a check in code after arrival and no answer when calling the host regarding access is enough to make us not stay here again. We had to replace the broken toilet flush handle in the master when we arrived to get the toilet to flush and also had to plunge the guest bathroom toilet throughout our stay. "Everything about our stay was great. The room was clean and the high floor view was gorgeous. The free breakfast buffet was the best I've had and changed a little every day. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. Beach access was perfect. The married couple that work the desj and coffee bar at night were so sweet and helpful. The only downside side is crossing the street fir the garage and the elevators take a while sometimes. Otherwise we really had no real complaints about the property or staff."

"It’s a decent room especially for the price. However, there’s cracks all in the bathroom and we had a few issues but they were resolved pretty quickly. The staff was lovely and responded quickly to fix our issues! We had a beach view from the window. That was very lovely. It’s a great place to stay especially if you just need somewhere to lay your head. Just wish that the bar at the pool connected to the front was open more."

"We enjoyed this place. The pool and hot tub is open 24/7. They did a 7pm-7am maintenance of the pool during our stay but let us swim until almost 7:30pm. The staff were always nice. The only issue we had was that our balcony light was out and some of the lights around the pool was out. Also, only one elevator was working but they had to order the part to fix the other. Sometimes that cannot be helped! We will definitely be staying here again. The views were beautiful! The arcade is non existent though. Also, we checked out the fitness room and although it was limited with equipment due to size, I do believe it had all we would have needed!"

"Nice location away from the crowds. The premises was in dire need of cleaning. Someone was there one day pressure washing outside at least. The unit/room itself smelled like a bad hangover. They would benefit greatly from ripping the carpet up and replacing with something that doesn't hold smell, as I'm sure that was the culprit of the aroma. Trash was overflowing at each trash location we passes. Just a few things noticed. We are aren't the type to need a luxury resort, so it was a great stay. Very short walk out to the beautiful sandy beaches."

"The property was old, as most are. But, property was clean, the proximity to beach was SO CLOSE, seriously, we were door to sand in less than 60 seconds. If I HAD to complain, I guess I could have used a hair dryer in the room. This is a no frills place. But affordable, clean and close to beach. Maybe not good for a family wanting to cook and stay a week..... but perfect for a girls trip where we just want to beach it for a few days."
