We stayed in this nice short term rental in Panama City Beach (PCB), booked through VRBO but managed by Soleil. We found the rental to be clean, exactly as advertised, well maintained, well equipped, and we enjoyed the experience very much. We requested early check-in and that was easily accommodated. We are likely to book again as we love PCB!
This place was great! A good amount of space for us and our dog. The location was easy to get to and located near a lot of businesses. The kitchen is well-equipped and it was nice to eat at the built-in bar. There are cleaning supplies so you can clean yourself (great when we needed to sweep up sand from our day at the beach). The AC vent was dripping a bit in the living room but it was so hot and humid that its understandable.
Exactly as advertised. Would stay here again.
DOWN FOR BIKE WEEK AND CAME ACROSS THIS LISTING AND KNEW BASICALLY WHEREIT WAS. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND I HAD REQUESTED A BLENDER AND IT WAS PROVIDED. BIKE WEEK IS LOAD ON THE MAIN DRAG BUT THIS PLACE WAS QUIET AT NIGHT.

We stayed here for 6 days and loved it. Super close to the beach which was my priority. Within 20 minutes of anything else I wanted to do. Not an overly populated area which was wonderful. I definitely would like to visit again!
Such an easy stay with our 2 dogs. No sand burs in the back yard! Property was exactly as described, clean, and close to the beach. We drove and parked at the public beach access, but could definitely walk if you don’t mind a couple of blocks. Very close to St. Andrew’s park as well. Property Management was prompt, responsive, and communicative. We would definitely stay again!
The place was very cute and cozy inside it was not dirty but the floor should have been cleaned before we got their it had dirt and sand and stuff all over it..and it could be such a cute place but the property outside in the front and back was just not taken care of at all it had big weeds growing in the front ,it was not maintained and that kinda bothered me,I just thought why would it be left so unkept..I'm just pickybut I like things nice..but it was not a bad stay at all..just hope they clean the floors better and possibly fix up the grounds the place has so much cute potential..
As advertised. Double check what's not included. No ice, condiments, foil, etc.Not even salt and pepper. Backyard dirty with water balloon plastics, old scat, and only the 1 light. Unable to upload pics.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything is so convenient. There is a Publix and Winn-Dixie a 6 min drive away and lots of lively restaurants within walking distance.
The check-in process was simple.
The response time was great. We enjoyed working from this cute duplex for 5 days. The internet is strong.
The beach was little over 5 minutes and the dock was just a few blocks away.
Definitely would recommend.
