The hotel is kind enough to say they won't charge for the night as they could not checkin due to power failure. Please refund that night for me as I could not contact Expedia to make this request on time. "

"The gentleman who checked me in was wonderful. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. They put me in a room that was not prepared. Moved me to another room that was already reserved for somebody else then moved me again to another room where the TV wasn’t working the phone wasn’t working and somebody had to come fix everything. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had."
